Any brand new product can be returned within 14 days period from the products arrival. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs back to us. The initial shipping charges are non-refundable. We are not liable for any duty fees for any product. By purchasing any of our products, you acknowledge these terms and accept them by purchasing. The money refund may take up to 14 business days to be processed after arrival and then issued accordingly after we receive and inspect the item(s).
We do not accept: -Returns received in damaged or used condition; Returns received with damaged or incomplete original packaging; Free gifts or promotional items; Shipping charges; Import duties or customs fees you paid to a carrier; Customized and/or special order items; If an order was shipped for free from a voucher or special promotion and then returned, our original cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund.
To make your return please contact us at returns@blackstuffcrafts.com, to receive a special form you need to fill up and send back to us as us to authorize the return. We do not accept returns without you contacting us first. We do not accept return by Post, just carriers as DHL, TNT-FedEx, UPS, etc.
If you placed an order outside the European Union importation charges/taxes/duties are not refundable by us, and may not be able to get refunded. We recommend reaching out to your countries customs department to see if there is an opportunity for some sort of refund.
